    • Hat: A wide-brimmed hat or baseball cap to protect from the sun.

    • Sunglasses: For eye protection on sunny days.

    • Sturdy, Closed-Toe Shoes: Closed toe sneakers or hiking shoes for outdoor activities. Avoid sandals unless we specifically request them for a specific water activity.

    • Extra Set of Clothes: In case of getting wet or dirty.

    • Lip Balm with SPF: For sun protection on the lips.

    • Insect Repellent: A child-safe bug spray or lotion to protect against bites, especially if your child's camp is set in a wooded area.

  • A 20% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking your child's camp session and the remainder of the balance is due 7 days (one week) before the session date.

  • Each Pathfinders guide is matched with five campers.

  • There are designated times for restroom breaks built into every camp day. We also have an additional Pathfinders guide who floats between groups throughout the day to provide 1:1 assistance to campers needing additional support. This guide will take campers to the bathroom as needed if and when a camper needs to use the restroom outside of our predesignated times.

  • Camp begins promptly at 8:30am daily. Please make every effort to ensure that your camper arrives at the drop-off location on time. In the event that you are late, please text your guide with an ETA. If you are no more than fifteen minutes late AND you communicate your delay with your camper's guide, your camper will be accepted.

  • In the event that you need to pick your camper up early for any reason, our support guide will bring your camper to a designated pick-up spot. Please give your camper's guide as much notice as possible about any potential plans for early departure so that a plan can be made in advance.
